Dans cet atelier\, l’improvisation se nourrit de techniques inspirées de l’hypnose pour explorer le jeu de manière originale : relaxation\, attention\, écoute profonde et connexion avec ses sensations. \nUn atelier surprenant\, à la frontière entre jeu\, créativité et perception\, pour révéler de nouvelles facettes de votre improvisation et développer votre confiance scénique. \nPoint d'attention : l’hypnose utilisée en atelier et en spectacle est une hypnose légère\, ludique et créative\, sans rapport avec l'hypnose médicale ou thérapeutique. Chacun est conscient et garde le contrôle du début à la fin\, c’est simplement vu comme un outil pour libérer son jeu en impro. \nMerci de prévoir une tenue souple et confortable\, et des chaussures plates 🙂
